Meusli

Ingredients

2 cups oats (uncooked) 1 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt 2 T flaxseed meal or wheat germ (optional)
1/2 cup dates (or raisins) 1/2 cup almonds
2 cups soymilk (can use 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup milk) 1 t vanilla
2 large apples, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
