Hummus

Ingredients

2-4 cloves garlic 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
2 T lemon juice 1/2 t salt (if use unsalted beans)
1 t cumin 2 cups garbanzo (cooked)
1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup mixed olive oil and water (about half and half of each)
up to 1/4 cup water (as needed to blend OK)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary.
