Garbanzo Goulash

Ingredients

1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil and/or water 1 onion, chopped
16 oz can tomatoes, chopped 2 cups garbanzos (cooked)
1 t salt (if use unsalted tomatoes and beans) 1 t pepper
2 t cumin (ground) 2 T parsley, chopped
6 oz can tomato paste 6 oz water

1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni, cooked

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Sauté onions in oil until tender. Add beans and tomatoes with juice. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until macaroni is ready. Add macaroni and set simmer about 5-10 more minutes.
