Spicy Peanut Noodles
Ingredients
2 T sesame oil 1 1/2 t crushed red peppers 3 T honey 3 T soy sauce 1/4 t (optional) salt 2 T parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional) 1/4 - 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 3 T sesame seeds
12 oz cooked rotini (or fettuccine or other) pasta (about 4 cups pre-cooked) Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat oil and crushed pepper flakes in microwave for 1 minute on medium to bring out flavor. Add honey, soy sauce and salt. Add to pasta. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours.
