Red (or Kidney) Beans with Peas and Pasta

Ingredients

2 cups kidney beans, cooked 2 cups dry pasta, cooked
2 cups frozen green peas

1/4 cup olive oil 2 T white wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice 1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper 1 t oregano
2 t sugar 2 T parsley, chopped

Directions

Cook pasta, drain, chill in cold water. Drain. Mix together beans, pasta and peas. Mix all other ingredients together and then add to beans/pasta/peas.
