Black-eyed Pea Salad

Ingredients

16 oz can black-eyed peas, drained 1/2 t Tabasco
4 green onions, chopped 1/4 t pepper (coarse ground)
1 T olive oil 2 T white wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Let chill (overnight is best).
