Croutons

Ingredients

5 slices bread, cubed 2 cloves garlic, minced
2-4 T olive oil

Directions

Put garlic in olive oil. Coat bottom of cookie tray. "Toss" bread. Bake in slow oven (200-250) for about one hour.

Notes

This recipe is from my mother. Use whole wheat bread. Can be stored in fridge or freezer. Keep a long time.
