Waffles

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 1/4 cup white flour
2 t baking soda 1 t cinnamon

1/4 cup oil 1 t vanilla
2 cups buttermilk (or 4T soyquik, 2 cups water and 2T lemon juice)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well by hand. Heat waffle iron to HIGH. Use 1 cup batter on ungreased waffle iron (no more!). Cook for about 5 minutes/waffle.
